Tell us about times when you felt really proud of yourself.
One of my friends is friends with Tricky and showed him a song I recommended and Tricky liked it.
There has been so very many proudest moments for me it is hard to pick the best one.
Having my first child is certainly my best and proudest moment of my life. Of course there was a delayed reaction though. It took me a full day of just sleeping, before I really said hello to my son for the very first time. Yes, I swear I was positively glowing with my newly freckled face and looking like I went through a ride in a washing machine.
My second son was a bit different, but equally as wonderful as he was the calmest baby I could have ever imagined having. So yes I was so proud too, when people babies are screaming in the grocery store, and my baby is just calmly laughing and giggling during the whole shopping adventure. I could see the envy in the other mother's eye's by the behavior of my children in public. Many offering to trade babies, while standing in que next to me.

Getting my first real job, and buying my apartment. I cried all the way from the bank and all the way into my office, lol.

The day i was in there during my ex-wifes labour.
I had to translate and not to faint. Im seriously empathic i can feel everything.
Living that experience gave me whole new understanding, bout women, my life, our family.
Feeling all the sensations, impressions and truths changed me forever.
Cutting the umbilical cord was a trigger.
I developed a much deeper "mother instinct" than my ex did.
Food, diapers, sleep, attention or just the need for warmth and love. Soon i could hear in our baby's cry s what she needed or wanted. It was so easy and obvious. She hatted me for it.
I placed my daughters live above everything else, also my relationship.
Today i know why, my sexuality or better said my real gender is not the one i was born with.
So the thing im most proud of is having found myself and loosing the fear of showing who i truly am.
I am proud of having given to my daughter the same motherly love i was given!
