I don't know if you and your friend still need these, but typically brides go for a "natural" look or do their regular makeup but more polished. It can depend heavily on their complexion and dress, but ideally; go for something is subtle without washing them out. Also there seems to be an emphasis on the eyes so false eyelashes or eyeliner might work well with a pale/neutral lip & light amount of blush.

DO AND DONT'S FOR BRIDAL MAKEUP

1. Make sure you have your trial at least three weeks, but no more than 5 weeks, before your wedding. If you plan on using fake tan for the big day, have a test run before your make-up trial so that your artist can see what colour your skin becomes with the tan.

I would also tone down this editorial look and add a bit of brown mascara.
