Hello yes you can design your own clothes! http://sta.sh/2xfz9pyt8xi Here's a link to all the templates for the bimbos and himbos in all the skin colours (the last two are edits of the male one I made myself) To get them uploaded you need to contact HLB with your finished designs and she will get them uploaded. In the folder there there's also a reference image called 'how to lay out your clothes'. When you've made your outfit have one version of the outfit on the model in the position you want it to be in in the game and one version floating off to the side not touching or overlapping anything.
Right now we need a lot of Himbo outfits, currently I'm working on some but with university it will take me a bit to get it all finished so any more designers are welcome to help out!!
There isn't any /official/ in game way to upload designs yet but the more designers we have the sooner they will implement it. But anyone can design clothes and give them to HLB to get uploaded.
If you need any help at all just PM me, I'm always happy to help with designer stuff!

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.
