Well, once one bimbo challenges you, you will show up at fights lists and will be challenged again from there when people vote, it cant really be helped and its the same for debates.
I guess friends vote for friends in debates too - unless they tell to vote for the another player lol :)
But why is it when people dont do so good in fights or debates, they say they dont have allies. I think speaking only about allies sounds to me pretty much just an old excuse when you arent doing so good. We hear this everytime but I dont see this allies thing even happen so much anymore. Certain bimbos do vote for certain bimbos but I think its more about their sense of fashion and sharing an opinion. And some bimbos who started playing later have climbed up the ladder in top fighters and debaters lists without even knowing anybody in the start but instead they have prepared good looks and answers so...
Having allies could help, but is not all you need to do well in fights and debates.

@Alexstrasza, no you are definitely not poorly dressed bimbo, your looks are gorgeus. I was more likely referring to lets say Erika Femm, who has abandoned her level 14 (!!) bimbo over a year ago and left behind unfinished outfits but still some bimbos in 10k dresses keep sending her fights regularly. To stay in topic, I have to add that if she happened to come back to the site and blocked those bimbos who have repeatedly challenged her during this year, I would understand it. But Pet Vicky not so much because your looks are fine and finished and you have been around and able to update your looks. And as Alexstrasza said, you should put the categories back and just disable fights :)
